RUNNING CLUB

One of the simplest and longest standing methods to keep fit, is running. Feel it out first by observing the focus or intention of your fellow runners, the performance level at which they function, the logistics and administrative methods they use and common goals and courtesy that the members embrace. Commit once you’ve found your flock. When you are happy with all of the aspects of your chosen runners’ club, devote yourself to their running schedule and events. Keep the determination and discipline going, because honestly, life is too short; at least running makes it seem a little longer.
