REFUNDS
All sales are final, and no refund will be issued.
Socks are considered to be underwear. While we are using recycled materials for our packing and attempting to minimize the use of plastic, there is no way to ensure the product has been unused by the buyer.
Your return/refund will only be processed if you've received the wrong item or your item is damaged or defective. We allow you 3 business days, from the time your shipment arrives, to let us know if the above has happened, and we will correct your order if so.
No other reasons will be valid for any refund, as we have a no-return policy.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take the necessary procedures to correct your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and undergarments (including socks). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
